A late-night pizza chain with a full-service bar is headed to the Polaris retail corridor.

Mikey's Late Night Slice will hold a grand opening celebration at The Galaxy at Polaris, 2136 Ikea Way, on Aug. 28 at 4 p.m., according to Fox 28 Columbus. The first 100 guests will receive a limited-edition t-shirt and a card redeemable for a free slice.

The Polaris shop is the Columbus-born chain's third Ohio opening of 2026, following a Grandview Heights location that debuted July 31. Founder Mikey Sorboro said the new spot was built from the ground up.

"It's been a long journey getting here, building a location from the ground up, and we are FINALLY ready to pizza party in our latest and greatest shop!" Sorboro said.

The location will feature a full-service bar, frozen cocktails branded as Slushies and Lushies, and a Saucy Bar. Recurring specials include Happy Hour, Date Night and the Dysfunctional Family Deal, which bundles one whole pie, breadsticks, four beers and four shots for $60.

Sorboro said the goal is to become the area's late-night destination. The chain is known for New York-style pizza by the slice and keeping its doors open into the early morning hours. Its Grandview Heights shop stays open until 2:30 a.m. most nights and 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Polaris shop will open on a limited schedule through early September before rolling out full late-night hours:

  • Friday, Aug. 28: 4 p.m.–1 a.m.
  • Saturday, Aug. 29: 2 p.m.–1 a.m.

  • Friday, Sept. 4–Saturday, Sept. 5: 2 p.m.–1 a.m.
