Wren Lane in Liberty Township will shut down for two weeks starting Monday, Sept. 21 for road reconstruction.
The Delaware County Engineer's Office announced the full closure on Tuesday, Sept. 15. The road is scheduled to reopen Monday, Oct. 5. The Shelly Company is performing the work.
Through traffic will not be permitted during the project. Local residents and school buses will still be able to reach their properties.
The Engineer's Office did not specify which segment of Wren Lane will be affected or provide a detour route. The office is reachable at 740-833-2400 or through its website for drivers seeking alternate routes.
All work is weather dependent, meaning the Oct. 5 target could shift.
